    We guarantee to replace any defective item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. This guarantee is limited to the merchandise totals only. TransferHouse is not responsible for any product on which our items are applied.

    Custom transfers are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.

    Stock items (stock letters, stock numbers, stock designs, and foil rolls) can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are not damaged or used. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to your return. The customer is responsible for freight charges when returning stock items.

    When applying transfers to multiple garments, we recommend a review of the first completed garment for any issues with the quality of the transfer. For the most complete quality review, a wash and dry is also recommended.
