    TransferHouse Direct to Film Transfers arrive ready to heat apply. Just cut, position and press. You'll get your transfers quickly - Within 3 business days at the latest (to be improved to the next day within the coming months!).

     

    IMPORTANT:

    • To avoid art fees, all art must be provided in the colors you would like printed. Our DTF transfers will be printed in CMYK, not RGB colors.
    • Exact color matching is not provided.
    • Vector file format is preferred but not required.
    • If raster images are provided, they must be a minimum of 300 dpi at the requested size on a transparent background. If they are not, DISTORTION will occur!

    Not all designs are ready to turn into a custom heat transfer from the jump. Check out our Art Guidelines page for more details.

    We guarantee to replace any defective item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. This guarantee is limited to the merchandise totals only. TransferHouse is not responsible for any product on which our items are applied.

    Custom transfers are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.

    Stock items (stock letters, stock numbers, stock designs, and foil rolls) can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are not damaged or used. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to your return. The customer is responsible for freight charges when returning stock items.

    When applying transfers to multiple garments, we recommend a review of the first completed garment for any issues with the quality of the transfer. For the most complete quality review, a wash and dry is also recommended.
